Job requirements:
- Graduate/honours education, familiar with the teaching content of relevant subjects, with solid professional knowledge
- Have more than 2 years of teaching experience, with strong classroom performance and control
- Decent and professional presentation
- Fluent in Mandarin and English pronunciation, clear and smooth expression of content
- Familiar with Monash University’s curriculum, structure, and exam questions, with strong summarization, planning and observation skills
- Professional subject score of 85 or more
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for large and small (non-mandatory) teaching and counseling (one-on-one and one-to-many)
- Necessary to complete the teaching preparation before class, properly communicate with the course administrator, formulate targeted teaching plan, and improve student satisfaction
- The quality of the planned teaching content must be high and completed within the allotted time
- Ensure that no knowledge points are missed and no delays in class time
- Must attend the assigned public classes, public presentations, classroom meetings, and other institutional activities to continuously improve teaching skills and professional level
- Manage group chat of students and answer questions in a timely manner to solve student problems
