Commerce Teacher

Job requirements:

• Graduate/honours education, familiar with the teaching content of relevant subjects, with solid professional knowledge
• Have more than 2 years of teaching experience, with strong classroom performance and control
• Decent and professional presentation
• Fluent in Mandarin and English pronunciation, clear and smooth expression of content
• Familiar with Monash University’s curriculum, structure, and exam questions, with strong summarization, planning and observation skills
• Professional subject score of 85 or more

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for large and small (non-mandatory) teaching and counseling (one-on-one and one-to-many)
• Necessary to complete the teaching preparation before class, properly communicate with the course administrator, formulate targeted teaching plan, and improve student satisfaction
• The quality of the planned teaching content must be high and completed within the allotted time
• Ensure that no knowledge points are missed and no delays in class time
• Must attend the assigned public classes, public presentations, classroom meetings, and other institutional activities to continuously improve teaching skills and professional level
• Manage group chat of students and answer questions in a timely manner to solve student problems
