Responsibilities:
- Full function accounts payables and receivables.
- Bank reconciliation for Trust and everyday business transaction accounts.
- Preparing account summary as requested by clients.
- Assist with Real Estate trust accounting compliance report.
- Monthly reconciliations of allocated accounts.
- Working on month-end close process.
- Working on quarterly BAS lodgement, payroll tax lodgement
- Working on monthly general journal and accrual process.
- Other duties as required by agency principals
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Self-motivation with a keen desire to go above and beyond
- Strong communication skills and a strong team-player
- Passion for delivering high-level customer service to internal/external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and exposure to MYOB is essential
- Previous experience as an Accounts Officer is desirable
