Responsibilities:

  • Full function accounts payables and receivables.
  • Bank reconciliation for Trust and everyday business transaction accounts.
  • Preparing account summary as requested by clients.
  • Assist with Real Estate trust accounting compliance report.
  • Monthly reconciliations of allocated accounts.
  • Working on month-end close process.
  • Working on quarterly BAS lodgement, payroll tax lodgement
  • Working on monthly general journal and accrual process.
  • Other duties as required by agency principals

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivation with a keen desire to go above and beyond
  • Strong communication skills and a strong team-player
  • Passion for delivering high-level customer service to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and exposure to MYOB is essential
  • Previous experience as an Accounts Officer is desirable
