Our client is a well-known real estate brand that offers a high level of service to clients. They are now looking for a reliable and experienced Trust Accountant to join the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare month end financials and management reporting for properties, ensuring timely delivery of reports to property managers, owners and other essential stakeholders as required.
- Reconcile trust bank Accounts.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving issues, reconciling financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients and management.
- Work closely with other accountant team members to ensure processing is accurate and assist with queries.
- Handle queries from executives on all aspects of the trust accounting for their deals.
Qualifications:
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- Working experience as Trust Accountant in Real Estate for supporting rental and sales department
- Knowledge of Xero or MYOB software
- Good knowledge with property management softwares
- Excellent communication skills
- Worked with multiple stakeholders
- Be sensitive to firgures, reliable and pay attention to details
- Valid long-time working visa, PR or citizen
Salary: $65k - $75k plus super
