A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telemarketer/Sales Development Representative to join a high-performance recruitment agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding clients’ business operations and solving their recruitment needs.
- Cold calling candidates in different positions and industries to know their job intention and introduce new career opportunities
- Cold calling a variety of businesses and companies to enquiry recruitment needs
- Developing new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact to build positive, productive and long-term corporate relationships.
- Appointment setting with prospective clients and candidates.
key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in telephone sales.
- Sale experience and/or calling centre and/or customer experience is necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Chinese Speaking is prefered but not required
- Proactive and positive approach with a strong work ethic.
- Persistence, resilience and determination to succeed.
- MUST be highly self-driven.

Salary: $50k - $60k Plus Super Plus Commission
