Telemarketer/Sales Development Representative

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telemarketer/Sales Development Representative to join a high-performance recruitment agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding clients’ business operations and solving their recruitment needs.
• Cold calling candidates in different positions and industries to know their job intention and introduce new career opportunities
• Cold calling a variety of businesses and companies to enquiry recruitment needs
• Developing new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact to build positive, productive and long-term corporate relationships.
• Appointment setting with prospective clients and candidates.

key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience in telephone sales.
• Sale experience and/or calling centre and/or customer experience is necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Chinese Speaking is prefered but not required
• Proactive and positive approach with a strong work ethic.
• Persistence, resilience and determination to succeed.
• MUST be highly self-driven.
