Store Manager – Sydney

Our client is a Financial Institution providing services for International students, Oversea Investors, Export & Import Businesses, and Immigration Cases. They are a legitimate operating company approved by the Commonwealth of Australia, expanding their business in Sydney. 

Responsibilities:

• Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to individuals.
• Supervising and guiding team members to have great  performance.
• Preparing and controlling annual budget.
• Monitor the store daily operation and handle customers’ compliant.
• Stock management to meet customers’ need.
• Achieve store sales KPI.

Requirements:

• Rich work experiences in Store Manager or sales role
• Knowledge of store management in the best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organising and leadership skills.
• Business mindset.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Australian PR / Citizen.
