Our client is a Financial Institution providing services for International students, Oversea Investors, Export & Import Businesses, and Immigration Cases. They are a legitimate operating company approved by the Commonwealth of Australia, expanding their business in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to individuals.
- Supervising and guiding team members to have great performance.
- Preparing and controlling annual budget.
- Monitor the store daily operation and handle customers’ compliant.
- Stock management to meet customers’ need.
- Achieve store sales KPI.
Requirements:
- Rich work experiences in Store Manager or sales role
- Knowledge of store management in the best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organising and leadership skills.
- Business mindset.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Australian PR / Citizen.
Salary: $65k - $95k plus super plus bonus
