Store Manager

Our client is a well-known Financial group and expanding their business in all the major cities of Australia. They are now looking for a Store Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to individuals.
• Supervising and guiding team members to have great  performance.
• Preparing and controlling annual budget.
• Monitor the store daily operation and handle customers’ compliant.
• Stock management to meet customers’ need.
• Achieve store sales KPI.

Requirements:

• Rich work experiences in Store Manager or sales role
• Knowledge of store management in the best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organising and leadership skills
• Business mindset
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Australian PR / Citizen
