Our client is one of the largest retail groups in Australia, total owns 11 retail stores crosses Australia. Now they are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their big family.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to individuals.
- Supervising and guiding team members to have great performance.
- Preparing and controlling annual budget.
- Monitor the store daily operation and handle customers’ compliant.
- Stock management to meet customers’ need.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock room.
Requirements:
- Rich work experiences in sales.
- Work steadily and no less than 20 hours per week.
- Knowledge of retail management in the best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organising and leadership skills.
- Business mindset.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
- Australian PR / Citizen.

*Commission: Up to $30k
Salary: $70k Plus Super + Family medical insurance + Return Flights to China + Commission
