Our client specialises in High-End Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Master Planning projects. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with architect, structural engineer, building surveyor and other special consultants
- Prepare construction program and update program on weekly basis
- Forecast operational requirements
- Auditing of workmanship to ensure conformance to requirements
- Monitoring the scope of works from sub-contractors throughout the building process
- Scheduling and ordering material when needed
- Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control on site.
- Preparing weekly construction status report.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in writing
- Native English speaker
- Have 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word and Project
- Sound structures experience will be highly regarded, but NOT essential.
Salary: $90k - $150k includes super
