Senior Property Manager

Our client is an independent property advisory organization based in Melbourne specializing in selling, investment & management of residential, commercial and business properties. They are now looking for a Senior Property Manager to join the team.

Day to day duties will include

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
• Managing 150-180 rental portfolios
• Marketing rental properties
• Overseeing rental arrears control
• Performing rental application reviews

To be considered, you will need: 

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Victorian Driver’s License and working car
• Excellent communication skills, highly organised & strong attention to detail
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as Property Manager
