About the Role
A well-established and highly regarded real estate agency is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their professional and supportive team. This role is ideal for a passionate Property Manager who enjoys building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200–300 apartment properties. This position offers a strong internal support structure, allowing you to focus on relationship management and portfolio performance. You will be fully supported by dedicated Leasing, Administration, and Trust Accounting teams, meaning no leasing responsibilities are required.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage a portfolio of approximately 200–300 apartment properties
● Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
● Handle day-to-day property management tasks, including maintenance coordination, lease renewals,
arrears management, inspections, and conflict resolution
● Deliver high-level customer service and effective communication to all stakeholders
● Ensure compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation and company procedures
● Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations and excellent service delivery

Requirements
● Minimum 2+ years of Property Management experience
● Strong experience managing a residential property portfolio
● Excellent communication and relationship management skills
● Proven ability to build rapport with both landlords and tenants
● NCAT experience is a must
● Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
● Strong organisational and time management skills
● A proactive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
● Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen preferred
