About the Company
Our client is a Melbourne-based well-established real estate agency specialising in residential sales, leasing, and property management, known for its personalised service and strong local market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing an existing residential portfolio of approximately 170–180 apartments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
- Handling VCAT matters when required
- Ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation
- Working closely with administrative and inspection support teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager within a real estate agency
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience using PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspection Express (preferred)
