They are seeking an ambitious and proactive Senior Property Manager to enhance their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives under responsibility and champions excellence in tenant and landlord relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage a diverse portfolio of 150–170 properties across the City and Inner-City areas.
- Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for landlords and tenants, fostering strong, enduring relationships.
- Operational Excellence: Handle daily operations, including maintenance coordination, inspections, and documentation, with exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Management: Maintain accurate, well-organized property records and resident files for seamless access and compliance.
- VCAT Representation: Attend VCAT hearings as needed, representing agency and client interests confidently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with virtual assistants and the leasing team to ensure consistent portfolio retention and growth.
- No Weekend Work: Enjoy a standard weekday schedule—no Saturdays required.
Requirements
- Excellent in English with professional communication skills and phone presence.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly valued.
- Over 2 years of Property Management work experience is required
- Must hold a valid Australian driver’s license
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Salary: $85k-$100k plus bonus
