Senior Property Manager

With a strong market share in the south-east region, our client has made rapid growth within their team. Expanding their rental portfolio, they are now seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a vibrant and growing team. Providing further growth opportunities within this career path.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 170 end-to-end portfolios near one suburb location.
• Saturday work negotiable.
• No existing VCAT cases in this portfolio. Clean and tidy.
• Property Tree, Inspection Express and IRE software.

Requirements:

1. Tenant Relations
   – Oversee tenant interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
   – Handle tenant applications, screenings, and lease agreements.
2. Property Maintenance
   – Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repairs.
   – Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
3. Leasing and Marketing
   – Implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
   – Conduct property showings and manage the leasing process.
4. Financial Management
   – Monitor and manage rental collections and late payments.
   – Prepare and manage property budgets.
5. Legal Compliance

Certifications:

• Real Estate License (required).
