Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage approx. 250 portfolios with support
• Work 1 in 5 Saturdays with time in Lieu
• Landlord lead management and listing management
• Lease Renewal and rent reviews
• In charge of maintenance requests
• Preparing and sign up the New Lease Agreement
• In charge of the Routine Inspections with the team
• Attending and managing all the VCAT cases
• Managing all the arrears with the team

Requirements：

• Have at least 3 years of working experience as a Property Manager
• A thorough knowledge of  Property Me and Inspection Express
• Knowledge of relevant property legislation is required
• Strong time management and task management skills
• Have Agent Representative Certificate
