Job Description:

- Assist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of projects to achieve project financial targets Project team
|
|
- Review and understanding project specifications and drawings
|
|
- Compile accurate scopes of work for subcontracts
- Ensure subcontract and supply agreements and in line with project and company contractual and legal requirements
|
|
- Manage the supplier payments schedule. Maintain the supplier relationship.
|
|
- Engage with and understand the activities undertaken on site
- Review and understand short and mid-term programs for projects
- Preparing process progress claims, delay claims and external variations according to contractual obligations
|
- Administer the project management, change, and control processes in compliance with the project plans, contractual and legal conditions, time bars and administrative timeframes.
- Identify, assess and make detailed recommendations on any changes to the approved project delivery plans.
- Ensure all documentation and actions are authorised in accordance with the limits of authority.
- Prepare for and assist with project auditing.
- Assisting the finance team to create accurate and transparent reporting of the commercial status of the project through the monthly project controls report and any other required means.
- Timely identification of project risks, opportunities and mitigations.
- Recognise, document, and review variances to the project plans with the Project Manager and implement actions as necessary.

- RFI and Variations with clients and contractors.
|
|
- Liaise with all parties, Construction Team, Consultant, Clients, Authorities etc
|
|
- Prepare and issue all required notices and the like required to administer the subcontracts
|
|
- Prepare detailed summary of quotations trade by trade to enable analysis of trade quotations
|
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a CA
|
- Must be able to handle multitask and meet deadlines
|
- Work efficiently. Hunger to learn to realize career advancement
|
- Familiar with Office Microsoft, Word, Excel and Adobe Pro, Project
|
- Familiarity with façade systems, façade design and materials manufacture is a distinct advantage.
- Experience in handling large projects is an advantage
|
- Excellent time management skills essential to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
|
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
|
- Consultant or builder experience is appreciated but not essential.
|
- Mandarin language skills preferred but not essential.
|
