Sales Trainer and Marketing Manager

Our client is one of the largest retail groups in Australia, total owns 11 retail stores crosses Australia. Now they are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer and Marketing Manager to join their big family.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruiting and training new sales.
• Monitor sales objectives and KPIs .
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
• Responsible for organising promotional and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Familiar with various social media promotion tools and skilled in organizing promotional events, such as VIP DAY, all kinds of promotional activities and semiers.
• Able to travel for businesses.
• At least 3 years working experiences in clothing, footwear and headwear retail management.
• Good at training sales and products promotion.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Australian PR/ Citizen.
• Top sales background is preferred.

* The probation period would be 3 months and during the probation period, the salary would be $100k plus super / year.
