Responsibilities:

  • Researching business opportunities and identifying and developing new markets to ensure business growth and goals are met.
  • Developing growth strategies and plans.
  • Increasing client base, attracting, and contacting prospective clients to grow and increase market share by locations.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Developing quotes and business proposals for clients.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Having in-depth knowledge of the company value, products and vision.

Requirements:

  • Quantifiable track record of outstanding sales transactions at the previous sales related roles
  • High levels of relationship building skill, focused on building relationships and trust
  • Autonomy and drive to focus on completing the tasks to achieve the KPIs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Great work ethics, reporting skills and follow up skills
  • A strong network in high-rise development, building management, strata management, asset management in CBD and fringes,  and Eastern suburbs will be highly regarded
  • Deep knowledge of one or more of the key market segments: high-rise development, building management, strata management and owner’s corporations, and commercial property management
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is preferred
Salary: $80k-$100k plus super plus bonus
