Our client is a reputable property developer who are continuing to experience growth across their Australian business. They’re seeking a Sales Manager to support the brand, sales and new development projects.

Job Description

  • Develop a pipeline of new referral agent networks for the company projects
  • Managing and training the team of Sales Consultants
  • Liaise with Marketing Manager on the marketing strategy and material
  • Maintain strong relationships with referrers, marketers and selling groups to achieve maximum sales and to meet monthly targets
  • Strategic planning and relationship management to maximize sales opportunities
  • Identify and advise on opportunities in the market

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years of combined experience or knowledge in, real estate industry and branding, with proven industry records
  • Prefer property developer background
  • Previous experience in working with channel agents is highly desirable
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • Strong understanding in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, or proper software’ experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Native English speaker is preferred
