Our client is a professional real estate agency that offers a vast range of services, including residential sales, leasing & property management. They have an experienced team of professionals combined with local and global networks. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to join the team.
This key leadership role will be responsible for driving a team of motivated, high performing Sales Consultants with sales activity to meet company targets.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Analysing the market and identify potential customers. Examine the needs, wants, and purchasing patterns of the target audience.
- Provide training sessions for sales team members
- Mentoring the sales team and offer assistance and supervision during the sales process
- Develop and implement business development opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and team member performance reports
- Achieve KPI targets along with the sales team
What We Are Expecting From You:
- Proven Top Sales achievement in the past three years
- Current Real Estate License
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Mandarin
- Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
Salary: $80k - $120k plus super plus commission
