Our client is a leading property investor and developer in Melbourne. they are currently in the process of marketing our a premium twin tower apartment development project in the inner city area. 

About the role

They are looking for an experienced and self-motivated real estate/property sales management professional for this exciting Sales Manager role. The expected duties include:
1.    Day to day running and management of the project display suite and prototype apartment.
2.    Managing the current sales team and oversee their sales activities
3.    Setting sales KPI and to manage activities within the team.
4.    Work with the team to ensure personal KPI targets and team financial targets are met.
5.    Conduct regular one on ones catches up to ensure the sales consultants are on track to achieve their personal goals and KPI.
6.    Initiating and managing the marketing activities/events and monitoring the budget on a regular basis.
7.    Working with executives on further business development opportunities.
8.    Have a high level and understanding of contract of sale and contract administration
9.    Managing the oversight of the company’s social media accounts, posting relevant content, and reviewing performance.
10. Reporting to the company management teams.
11. Direct sales to the purchaser if required.

Skills and experience
 
· Demonstrated experience across residential / property / real estate Sales
· Ability to build sustainable relationships
· Previous Experience with SalesForce or other similar CRM sales management system
· Experience in apartment / high-density development marketing
· Stakeholder engagement skills
·  An experienced and skilled negotiator
·  Highly organized with a capacity to multitask
·  Well presented with excellent verbal and writing communication skills

Salary: $80k-$110k Plus Super Plus Commission
