Our client is an award-winning CFD broker, an Australian online financial trading company specializing in foreign exchange (Forex) and contract for difference (CFD) trading. They are looking for a CFD Sales Executive/Account Manager to join their fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve designated KPIs and sales targets
- Support and participate in weekly seminars and workshops, both online and offline
- Convert warm leads into new clients and develop a robust sales pipeline
- Deliver outstanding customer service to existing clients
- Address requests, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally
- Manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial markets, with the ability to communicate market news and explain trading products clearly and cohesively
- Key Internal Relationships: Collaborate with sales colleagues, the account opening team, the marketing team, the finance team, and the engineering team.
- Key External Relationships: Engage with clients and B2B referrers
Requirements:
- RG-146 Foreign Exchange and Derivatives (General Advice) desirable
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is a plus)
- Preferred experience in CFD/FX sales
- Passionate about sales and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Creative problem solver, professional, honest, and a strong team player
- Solid understanding of financial markets and trading
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets

- Capable of working effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
Desired requirement:
- Experience with databases and SQL
- Interest in trading, foreign exchange (FX), or general finance

Salary: $70k-$80k plus super plus commission
