About the Role

The Sales Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, team growth, and operational excellence. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while ensuring strong compliance, productivity, and sustainable business growth. Success in this role is measured by team performance, recruitment outcomes, and overall office growth rather than individual sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention of sales consultants
  • Improve team productivity and overall sales performance
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company systems and processes
  • Support agents in appraisals, campaigns, and auctions
  • Promote collaboration and referral opportunities across departments
  • Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in residential real estate sales
  • Strong track record in team management and performance coaching
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and compliance standards
  • Strategic mindset with strong organisational skills
  • Current real estate licence (as required)
  • Availability to work full-time including Saturdays
