A well know large development company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join them, working across their residential developments.

In the last decade, the company has delivered some of the most ambitious and innovative projects in Australia. Their current portfolio of mixed-use residential, hotel, commercial and industrial projects have an estimated market value of $4.2 billion.

As Sales Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Sales, and you’ll be located at head office in Melbourne CBD. You’ll work alongside the extended the development team from development management, marketing, contract administration and settlements team.

This position is best suited to a driven individual who has strong communication and administration skills.

Principle Tasks

  • Communicating with internal sales executives and external distribution channels
  • Assisting with the implementation of sales strategies
  • Ensuring leads are serviced on time
  • Reporting on project sales performance
  • General administration and communication with internal teams
  • Maintaining Salesforce CRM
  • With a significant workbook of multiple large scale projects the successful candidate will be managing a high workload; it is essential that they have impeccable attention to detail and organisation skills, and be confident handling many tasks at once.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous work experience with a development business will be beneficial
  • Salesforce experience will be highly valued
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are required
  • Experience in demonstrating excellent communication and problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in change management and systems improvement projects
  • A willingness to self-educate along with a desire to learn, adapt and help we required
  • Speak fluent English and Chinese preferred
  • Must have Australia PR or Citizenship
Salary: $55k-$70k
