Sales Associate

Our client is a well known local real estate company that brings clients unparalleled technology, dedication and a real passion for the service. They are now looking for a Sales Associate to join their team.

What are your responsibilities?

• Assisting an experienced sales agent
• Assist with buyer management
• Completing prospecting
• Assist in arranging marketing campaigns
• Liaising with clients to generate new businesses
• Championing the current database and building your own network of clientele
• Liaising with clients to generate new business

The successful candidate will possess: 

• Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Real Estate/Sales experience of 6 – 12 months would be preferred
• The ability to remain calm and continue to progress when under pressure 
• Attention to detail and pride in the level of service they provide to clients
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Positive and resilient nature 
• Tenacious, team player, ‘can-do’ attitude
• Pride in their presentation
• Current driver’s license & a reliable vehicle
