Responsibilities:

  • Collate documentation and send to relevant departments for preparation of new client/sales file and processing for market launch.
  • Maintain accurate Advertising Schedules. 
  • Collate documentation for relevant marketing selections and oversee the booking confirmation of photos, floorplan, board and brochures for the property.
  • Attending to photoshoots of properties, property valuations or subject inspections. 
  • Attending to and performing inspections of properties listed for sale.
  • Liaison between vendors and solicitors.
  • Securing available auction bookings.
  • Connecting with potential clients and securing new listings or sales.
  • Maintain Open for Inspection schedule.
  • Campaign correspondence with Vendor.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Professionally mature minded and the ability to multi-task amongst a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to balance conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
  • A desire to succeed.
  • A can do, positive, friendly and ambitious attitude is a must.
  • An agents representative certificate.
  • Experience in Real Estate, a business environment or business studies is preferred.
Salary: $55k - $65k plus super plus commission
