About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join one of the BEST residential sales teams in Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone passionate about property, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with a MILLION DOLLARS AGENT, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of the sales process while developing your own career pathway within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lead agents with day-to-day sales activities and client management
- Conduct buyer follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with open homes, private inspections, and auction campaigns
- Coordinate property marketing and campaign administration with the marketing team
- Prospect for appraisals and build local market knowledge
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Deliver a professional and high-quality customer experience at all times

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience within the real estate industry
- Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate (Certificate of Registration) required
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Australian PR or Citizenship required
- Well-presented, proactive, and passionate about building a long-term career in real estate
