DUTIES:
- Attend the following meetings on a weekly basis:
- Team and general Sales meetings
- Training sessions
- Preparation for Appraisals including:
- Preparation of prelisting kits
- Organising of REIV sales data (PDOL information)
- Organising of MAP IT land data
- Any relative sales
- Delivery of any information to clients
- Attend appraisals with consultants when required
- Preparation of submissions including
- Market appraisal value with comparable sales
- Company information
- Marketing information
- Sales File preparation for new properties listed including
- Arranging Forthcoming Auction Boards to be erected
- Assist with the access to property for photographer, floorplan and copy/editorial writers
- Measuring land and reconciling or otherwise to title description
- Maintain client database including:
- Mailing lists
- Just Listed and Just sold drops
- Testimonial booklets
- Gifts to past clients
- Buyer referrals
- Appraisal leads
- Invitation to Attend flyers
- Communicate sales results via email to all potential A Vendors
- Contact all potential clients in Street with new listings and or sales
- Assist with inspections when required including:
- Buyer inspections
- Building / valuation inspections
- Final inspections
- Open For Inspections
- Complete weekly buyer follow up to
- Ascertain interest in currently listed properties
- Advise of new properties (from Property Run)
- Gather additional leads to generate appraisals
- Answer general property enquiries
- Assist with Sign up offers (contracts) in assistance with consultants
- Prepare weekly Campaign Reports and Auction Reports
- Complete sale files once properties have been sold including
- Completion of commission sheets
- Tagging keys from key safes
- Thursday & Saturday Duties:
- Ensure there are enough brochures and JC books for all OFI’s/Auctions
- Auction Box preparation for Saturday auctions
- Attend open houses and manage the door at the open house inspections when required
- Process sales files on Saturday afternoons
- Run Bid tracker at auctions
- Erect open for inspection boards and flags
COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Completed their agent’s rep certificate
- Previous experience in Real Estate (can be 6months)
- Satisfactory Police Check

Salary: $46k - $52k plus super plus allowances
