Responsibilities:
- Supporting with open homes, vendor/buyer call backs and administrative tasks
- Door knocking and cold calling to generate new leads
- Maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Sales database management
- Preparing for open home inspections and auctions
- Vendor reports/feedback
Requirements:
- Prospecting capabilities
- English and Mandarin speaking skills preferred, Cantonese will be a very big bonus
- Be well presented
- Possess strong communication skills
- Be able to establish rapport with people
- Have a deep desire to improve
- Have an exceptional work ethic
- Have a valid Agents Representative Certificate
- Have a valid driver’s licence
Salary: $60k-$70k package plus commission
