About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate who enjoys working with people, delivering outstanding service, and building a long-term career in property sales. You will work closely with experienced agents while developing your own client relationships and contributing to successful property campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with open homes, inspections, and auction preparations
  • Manage buyer enquiries and conduct follow-up communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and vendors
  • Support sales campaigns through database management and administrative coordination
  • Prepare vendor reports and provide client feedback updates
  • Conduct letterbox drops and local area prospecting activities
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
  • Deliver professional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Chinese Skill (written and spoken)
  • Previous real estate or sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional presentation with a confident and positive attitude
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proactive, reliable, and results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop industry knowledge
  • Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
