Our client is a well known Real Estate company which specialised in Project Sales, Construction and Property Management.

About the Role

Sales Administration Duties:

  • Carrying out clerical duties to include copying, printing, managing sales contracts, and organizing/maintaining other files related to the company’s operations
  • Maintaining general office files, including sales contracts, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
  • Advertising and managing the sales and rental properties to all portals
  • Assisting the residential department to organise photography, floorplan & copywriting
  • Coordinating the residential sales to schedule OFI and Auction time and preparing related files
  • Arranging marketing schedule and ordering marketing materials
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking
  • Database/CRM management

Receptionist Duties:

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Preparing meeting and scheduling conference rooms
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback
  • Adhoc admin duties as required by managers

To be successful you will have:

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
  • Excellent communication and written skill (both English and Mandarin)
  • Highly organized, planner and problem solver
  • Previous working experience as a similar role in the real estate industry
  • Be familiar with Property Tree & Box Dice system
  • Ability to produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • 1-2 years equivalent experience in the residential industry is preferential
Salary: $50k-$60k Plus Super
