About the Role
Sales Administration Duties:
- Carrying out clerical duties to include copying, printing, managing sales contracts, and organizing/maintaining other files related to the company’s operations
- Maintaining general office files, including sales contracts, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations
- Advertising and managing the sales and rental properties to all portals
- Assisting the residential department to organise photography, floorplan & copywriting
- Coordinating the residential sales to schedule OFI and Auction time and preparing related files
- Arranging marketing schedule and ordering marketing materials
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking
- Database/CRM management
Receptionist Duties:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, receiving and sorting daily mail
- Preparing meeting and scheduling conference rooms
- Handling customer complaints and feedback
- Adhoc admin duties as required by managers
To be successful you will have:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
- Excellent communication and written skill (both English and Mandarin)
- Highly organized, planner and problem solver
- Previous working experience as a similar role in the real estate industry
- Be familiar with Property Tree & Box Dice system
- Ability to produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
- High levels of computer literacy
- 1-2 years equivalent experience in the residential industry is preferential
Salary: $50k-$60k Plus Super
