Our client is a residential and commercial Real Estate development group that offers a high level of service to landlords and tenants. They are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales to join the team.
What are your responsibilities?
- Buyer management
- Completing Open and Private inspections
- Compilation of accurate market analysis
- Liaising with clients to generate new businesses
- Championing the current database and building your own network of clientele
The successful candidate will possess:
- Agent’s Representative Certificate
- At least 2 years of Off-the-plan Sales Experience with record is a must
- Strong skills in communication and negotiation
- The ability to remain calm and continue to progress when under pressure
- Attention to detail and pride in the level of service they provide to clients
- Excellent time management, prioritisation & communication skills
- Positive and resilient nature
- Pride in their presentation
- Current driver’s license & a reliable vehicle
Salary: $50k - $55k Plus Super Plus Commission
