About this role:

  • Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
  • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
  • Maintain safe working conditions
  • Recruiting and interview new staffs
  • Train and supervise staff
  • Opening/closing and end of shift reconciliation
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area and warehouse
  • Estimating future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
  • Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
  • Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
  • Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary
  • Participating in manual stocktake & disposal of goods
  • Promoting the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Implementing policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Requirements:

  • PR/citizen/unlimited working rights visa
  • Previous experience in similar role
Salary: $60k-$70k plus super
Location: CBD Eastern suburb Southeastern Suburb
