To ensure continued success, they are searching for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join their team, enhance customer experience, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
  • Monitor inventory and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Implement and adhere to operational procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and excellence in service.

Staff Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Schedule staff shifts, manage labor costs, and oversee employee performance and productivity.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

Customer Service:

  • Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews to continuously refine and improve the dining experience.
  • Ensure that every guest receives a memorable and enjoyable dining experience consistent with the restaurant’s brand and standards.

Financial and Business Management:

  • Develop and manage the restaurant’s budget, including cost control, revenue management, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze sales data and financial performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional events and initiatives that enhance the restaurant’s visibility and appeal.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders and community partners.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as licensing and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment for staff and guests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two-year restaurant management, preferably in a high-end or fine dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proven experience in financial management and budgeting.
  • Beverage knowledge required, formal qualifications preferred. 
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Good food and wine knowledge in fine dinning venues.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and service. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: $70k - $90k including super plus bonus
