A new concept restaurant is looking for a highly professional General Manager to join their energetic and friendly team.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- Consistently creating unrivalled customer experiences
- Coordinate daily front and back of the house restaurant to estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Create detailed daily reports to improve profit and customer satisfaction
- Money handling
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Stocktaking, ordering, and staff management
The Requirements
- Have at least 1-year of leader or management experience in a restaurant or in the hospitality field
- Solid knowledge in Izakaya product and team management
- Australia Citizen/PR/Full-time permission working VISA
- A focus on continuous improvement & exceeding customers’ expectations every time to create loyal fans
- Strong communication and coordination skill
- Good management and leadership skills
- Be available 6-7 days per week
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese prefer but not essential
Salary: $75K plus super plus bonus
