A large private owned Real Estate company who is delivering Projects Development, Management and Marketing to customers, now is seeking for an experienced Residential Sales Agent to join their big family.
Requirements:
–Running Open For Inspection & Auctions
–Pipeline management ( Cold calling, warm calling and emailing)
–Great negotiation skill and communication skill
–Excellent customer services
–1 year + work experience as a residential Sales Agent / PA
–Refer rental leads to the rental department
–Speaks fluent English and Mandarin
–Holding Australia Driver’s License
–Australia PR or Citizen
Office Support and Salary Package:
Retainer of $50k, commission split 60/40, the company will provide easy listings for you and you don’t have to chase listings. When you can list yourself, the company will do 50/50 commission split with you.
