Role Overview

This hybrid role involves managing both off-the-plan project sales (display suite based) and established residential sales including apartments, townhouses, and houses. The successful candidate will be confident in structured project sales environments while also capable of building and managing their own listing pipeline. This position suits someone commercially astute, relationship-focused, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsiblities

Off-the-plan Project Sales

  • Manage and staff display suites during scheduled hours, weekends, and appointments
  • Present residential developments professionally to local and international buyers
  • Conduct detailed project presentations covering floorplans, pricing, specifications, and timelines
  • Qualify enquiries and provide tailored product recommendations
  • Manage buyer relationships from initial enquiry through to contract execution
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, buyer follow-ups, and reporting
  • Support project launches, VIP events, and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure display suite presentation aligns with brand standards

Established Residential Sales

  • Prospect, list, and sell established residential properties
  • Conduct property appraisals and provide strategic pricing advice
  • Manage vendor relationships, including regular reporting and feedback
  • Coordinate and conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-ups
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Support administrative tasks including database management, buyer callbacks, and campaign preparation
  • Prepare vendor reports and assist with auction processes
  • Conduct letterbox drops and database nurturing to grow local market presence
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in residential real estate sales (off-the-plan experience highly regarded)
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Valid Agents Representative Certificate (Victoria)
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing capability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to tailor approach to different clients
  • Professional presentation and confident client-facing manner
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service focus
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a proactive mindset
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous professional development
