Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of the rental portfolio through proactive prospecting, networking, and database utilisation
  • Conduct professional rental appraisals and deliver compelling listing presentations to secure exclusive management authorities
  • Maintain and manage a structured pipeline to ensure strong follow-up and high conversion rates
  • Build strong internal relationships with the sales team to identify and maximise new business opportunities
  • Stay up to date with Victorian rental legislation and local market trends to provide strategic advice to investors

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Real Estate Business Development or Property Management within the Victorian market
  • Proven track record in generating new business and achieving conversion targets
  • Current Victorian Estate Agent’s Licence or Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a polished professional presentation
  • Highly self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
