Rental Business Development Manager

Our client is a reputable and dynamic Real Estate company. They currently seeking a Rental BDM to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process of multiple properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both Landlords and Tenants.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for meeting with potential landlords to discuss property details, leasing terms, and answer any questions they may have.
• Stay up to date with the latest market trends and property developments and share this knowledge with lessors to help them make informed decisions.
• Efficiently prepare all required paperwork and lease agreements, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy.
• Assist tenants in filling out leasing forms and guide them through the leasing process.
• Showcase properties to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote and advertise available properties to attract potential lessors.
• Conduct negotiations with clients to achieve favourable leasing terms and conditions, and efficiently close leasing deals.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as Property Managers, to ensure smooth property management and maintenance.
• Be the spokesperson for the company and provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries via phone, messages, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that properties are properly maintained and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Leasing Manager, Leasing Agent, or a similar position is required.
• An outstanding sales record will be an advantage, showcasing your ability to drive results.
• A valid Lease/Real estate license is required to perform leasing activities.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
• Possess good marketing and negotiation skills to promote properties and achieve favorable leasing terms.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and adapt to changing situations.
• Sound knowledge of property management technology to streamline processes.
• Excellent knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies to effectively promote properties.
• Outstanding ability to motivate team members and work in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leasing processes efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in decision-making.
