We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Rental Business Development Manager to join our client’s rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in new rental business opportunities for the company. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify, develop, and nurture relationships with potential clients, leveraging the company’s warm leads and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients and rental business opportunities in the target market.
- Utilize the company’s warm leads and existing networks to create new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and property management companies.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their rental property requirements.
- Market Analysis and Strategy
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Sales and Negotiation
- Present rental property options to potential clients, addressing their concerns and queries.
- Negotiate rental agreements and terms in the best interest of the company and its clients.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and management of new clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in real estate business development and sales, with a focus on rental properties.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market, property rental laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual capacity in Mandarin and English.
- Real Estate License with Car and Driver’s License.
Salary: $75k - $85k plus super plus commission
