They are currently seeking an experienced Rental Business Development Manager to drive portfolio growth and expand landlord relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively meet with potential landlords to secure new managements and grow the rent roll
- Present rental appraisals, explain market conditions, and advise landlords on pricing and leasing strategies
- Leverage company-provided leads alongside self-generated opportunities to maximise results
- Conduct property presentations in a professional and persuasive manner
- Negotiate management agreements and close new business effectively
- Work closely with Leasing Agents and Property Managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
- Promote available properties using the company’s marketing and advertising platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a key brand ambassador
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legislation and company processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Rental BDM, Leasing Manager, or Senior Sales Consultant
- Strong sales background with a demonstrated ability to close and build long-term client relationships
- Valid Real Estate Licence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and time management
- Strong understanding of the local rental market and leasing processes
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture
Salary: $100k-$150k plus super plus bonus
