Our client is a reputable and dynamic Real Estate company. They currently seeking a Rental BDM to join their
team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process of multiple properties
and apartments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both lessors and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting potential lessors: You will be responsible for meeting with potential lessors to discuss property details, leasing terms, and answer any questions they may have.
  • Providing market knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest market trends and property developments and share this knowledge with lessors to help them make informed decisions.
  • Preparing paperwork and lease agreements: Efficiently prepare all required paperwork and lease agreements, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy.
  • Assisting tenants: Assist tenants in filling out leasing forms and guide them through the leasing process.
  • Presenting properties: Showcase properties to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Promoting and advertising properties: Utilize marketing strategies to promote and advertise available properties to attract potential lessors.
  • Negotiating and closing deals: Conduct negotiations with clients to achieve favourable leasing terms and conditions, and efficiently close leasing deals.
  • Coordinating with Property Managers: Collaborate with other team members, such as Property Managers, to ensure smooth property management and maintenance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service: Be the spokesperson for the company and provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries via phone, messages, and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring property maintenance: Ensure that properties are properly maintained and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Leasing Manager, Leasing Agent, or a similar position is required.
  • Sales Record: A proven sales record will be an advantage, showcasing your ability to drive results.
  • License: A valid Lease/Real estate license is required to perform leasing activities.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Customer service: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with lessors and tenants.
  • Marketing and negotiation skills: Possess good marketing and negotiation skills to promote properties and achieve favorable leasing terms.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under stressful conditions and adapt to changing situations.
  • Property management technology: Sound knowledge of property management technology to streamline processes.
  • Marketing knowledge: Excellent knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies to effectively promote properties.
  • Leadership skills: Outstanding ability to motivate team members and work in a team environment.
  • Time management and organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leasing processes efficiently.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and take initiative in decision-making.
  • Sales and convincing skills: Showcase good sales and convincing skills to attract potential lessors.
Salary: $70k-$80k plus super plus commission
