Rental BDM

Our client is a big-brand local real estate company that brings clients unparalleled technology, dedication and a real passion for the service. They are now looking for a Rental BDM to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Help grow the rental roll
• Source new business opportunities – appraisals, prospecting, listing appointments, etc
• Manage existing and create new customer relationships
• Identify key opportunities in the market and proactively engage them to secure new business
• Build relationships with existing company contacts
• Follow up on any rental leads passed through
• Manage relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue opportunities
• Communicate with customers within the territory on a regular basis to develop rapport and to better understand their needs
• Arrange the face to face meetings with clients

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Strong Customer service
• Well presented, professional and driven
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work successfully both in a team and independently
• Current Driver’s licence and a reliable car
• Agent’s rep certificate
• Great verbal and communication skills
