Our client is a large and well-known local development company. They are looking for the opportunity for a first class BDM to join the team. Your key role is to sign up new managements to grow the already large rent roll.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prospecting, networking and developing relationships with synergistic businesses
- Developing client relationships
- Following up and converting new business leads
- Liaising with property managers and sales staff regarding new business
- Meet with landlords and secure their business
- Arrange and conduct rental appraisals
- Ad hoc administrative duties as requested
Requirements:
- Possess excellent presentation, people and communication skills
- Have a proven track record in managing and developing a sales pipeline
- Proven ability to close and negotiate effectively
- Previous working experience in similar role is highly recommended
Salary: $60k-$80k plus super plus commission
