Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to source and secure high-caliber candidates for various roles 
  • Work strategically with team to provide admin support 
  • Sign up new clients and be responsible for business development duties
  • Write articulate and attractive job advertisements that will draw the attention of the very best talent.
  • Manage the offer stage process end-to-end, including reference checks, contract management, verbal offers, and follow-up.
  • Innovate and execute continuous improvement initiatives throughout the recruitment life-cycle.
  • Manage relationships with candidates to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Assist the team with set up meetings, events and interviews 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 year of working experience 
  • Working experience in Admin, Marketing and Customer Service industry is preferred 
  • Speaks excellent English and Chinese
  • Australian PR/Citizen
  • Having experience in Real Estate Agencies, Development Companies, Construction Companies, and Finance industries is preferred
Salary: $65k -$75k plus bonus
