Our client is Australasia’s leading real estate brand. They deliver quality and personalised services to the client and are passionate about providing an unrivalled real estate journey. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, training and coaching to the sales
  • Drive monthly KPI targets and create frameworks of accountability around activities in order to achieve results
  • Cultivate and support a culture of positivity and performance
  • Ensure sound knowledge of legislative requirements and professional standards
  • Identify staffing needs of the sales department and recruit accordingly
  • Prepare for and manage staff meetings, KPI’s and performance
  • Represent the company as required at external events and functions
  • Point of contact for sales staff, management and clients

Requirements:

  • A motivational self-starter, that is inspirational and focused on excellence.
  • Have the ability to drive a team to top performance.
  • Have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a real estate sales environment
  • Be highly results-driven and customer-focused
  • Have the ability to self-manage and work well under pressure
  • Leadership experience leading large teams is preferred, but not essential
Salary: $90k - $140k plus super plus commission
