We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Sales Administrator to join the leading sales team of our client.

This role is pivotal in supporting their sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of sales transactions, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent administrative skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client databases.
  • Coordinate property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on various platforms.
  • Prepare sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and transactions.
  • Assist in organising marketing campaigns and events to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
