Our client is a marketing leading premium brand in Sydney. They deliver quality and personalised services to the clients and are passionate about providing an unrivalled real estate journey. They are now looking for a Receptionist to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of taking inquires from calls, walk ins and emails
- Data entry and management
- Assist the sales and rental team with admin duties
- Preparing and executing documents with external and internal parties
- Assisting reception on day-to-day tasks when necessary
- Assist with sales and rental active listings online
- Purchase stationaries for the office
- Arrange meeting rooms for clients’ appointments
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1 year + experience of Admin/ Reception in real estate is highly desirable
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- PR / Citizen is preferred
Salary: $65k - $75k plus super
