Responsibilities: 

• Effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, tenant management, and property maintenance
• Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained
• Handling tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and negotiations
• Preparing and processing all necessary documentation, such as lease agreements and condition reports
• Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance and repairs
• Proactively identifying and implementing strategies to maximise rental returns and minimise vacancies
• Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
• Collaborating with the broader team to achieve business objectives

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager in the residential real estate industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Thorough understanding of residential tenancy legislation and best practices
• Proficiency in using property management software and various other relevant computer applications
• A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
• A valid real estate license or certificate is highly desirable
