Our client is a market leading Real Estate agency in the premium suburb.

Within this exceptional team, you will be a part of a high standard team provided with detailed industry training and knowledge. 

As an Assistant Property Manager you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our client’s residential properties. Working closely with the Property Manager, you will assist in ensuring the smooth functioning of the property while delivering outstanding service to both tenants and landlords.

Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist in leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, scheduling property opens, and processing rental applications.
  • Conduct in-going and outgoing reports, routine inspections, and managing lease renewals.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Assisting the Property Management team where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience in real estate is preferred
  • Have permanent residency in Australia is preferred
  • Have a current Victorian Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
  • Proactive and strong attention to detail
  • Maturity and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Required great customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and work ethics
  • Have exceptional communication skills
  • Hold a current Agent’s Representative Certificate is preferred
  • Able to work on Saturdays to schedule open inspections

Salary: $50k-$55k Plus Super
