Property Manager

Our client is a market-leading premium brand in Sydney, renowned for its impeccable reputation and recognized as the top agency in their area. With a commitment to delivering superior Property Management services and meticulous attention to detail, our client continues to set the standard in the industry. As their team continues to grow, they are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join their exceptional team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage approx. a total portfolio of 550  with the team which includes a Leasing Agent, an Admin and two Property Managers.
• Attending to repairs and maintenance, including obtaining quotes, sending work orders
• Arrears management
• Outgoing inspections, Ingoing inspections (not every week, only when leasing agent needs assistance) routine inspections (ranges from 20-30 per month)
• Open home on Saturdays may be required at times to assist the Leasing agent
• Routine inspections consist of sending the report to the landlord, actioning repairs raised during the inspection, rent and lease reviews
• Sticking to office checklists and procedures and keeping consistent with the level of work
• Organising workflow and schedule to ensure relevant systems and spreadsheets are updated for manager to review and ensure KPI’s are being met
• Frequent landlord and tenant communication
• Attending weekly team meetings to follow up on outstanding repairs/maintenance, arrears etc.
• Any day to day property manager work that may be requested or required

Requirements:

• A current Certificate of Registration or Licence
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable car
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum 1 year PM experience 
• Immaculate presentation and a “can do” attitude
